We bought this model fridge through Home Depot. It didn’t work. So I called the customer service in Canada and worked with Alex, their agent, to resolve the problem. Alex was excellent at communicating and worked with me to find the best solution. They ended up sending a replacement and although it was a long wait it finally came and 100% works. Thanks to Alex and those on his team! In my experience they have great customer service.
